Customer support services consist of software support, updates to software and telephone support.

Training & Education

Our medical billing support staff members have a thorough knowledge of CompuMed procedures and functionality and have extensive experience in medical billing and coding for a broad range of specialties. Our training coordinators will work with your staff to schedule convenient training either on-site or at the ACS training center. ACS approaches the training process with a clearly defined work plan that includes key tasks, workflow items and implementation schedules needed for a successful transition. In addition to written training materials, ACS provides hands-on training in a test database for ultimate user immersion. ACS will have staff on-site for pre-training prior to “go live” to make the transition as smooth as possible. ACS will remain on-site until we feel the staff is comfortable with our software. We will continue to provide training and support as needed and as requested.

ACS has certified auditors and educators who can provide individual & group educations on billing and coding topics.  ACS auditors can ensure your documentation and coding are accurate and compliant.  Our Academic experience means ACS is well versed in a variety of specialties.
