Donald Dupuis is the Chairman of the Board of i3-ACS Medical Business Solutions, LLC., a division of i3 Verticals. Donald has been instrumental in pioneering the use of computers and practice management software to simplify and facilitate billing for medical practices. Donald’s efforts have fostered a reputation for i3-ACS as a market leader in comprehensive revenue cycle management and medical billing consulting.
Tim Anderson, President of i3-ACS. As CEO, has over thirty years of experience in the medical billing arena. His primary responsibility is to study the ever-changing medical billing industry and ensure that our client base is working prospectively towards adapting to these changes. Tim’s accomplishments and expertise include the marketing of the i3-ACS proprietary software, the successful corporate commitment to compliance, the management of client and payer relationships, and service as a policy advisor to various governmental agencies and legislative task forces for medical billing issues.
Peggy Kelly, Chief Operating Officer of i3-ACS, has held progressive positions in her thirty plus years in the medical billing industry. As COO, her primary responsibility is oversight of all operational areas while working closely with the CEO in a variety of endeavors. She brings strong analytical, organizational and communication skills to the organization. Peggy has held numerous national and state society leadership roles in her career and has served on a provider advisory group committee with Medicare.
Phyllis Poole, CFO/HR Director of i3-ACS, has experience in the accounting and human resources fields. Phyllis joined i3-ACS in 1998. Her primary role includes interacting with and supporting the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics. She coordinated implementation of services, policies, and programs for the start-up of the Human Resources Department. She assists the HR Managers with advice to company managers about Human Resources issues.
Greg Degeyter is CIO at i3-ACS. Greg has been part of the technical and software development teams since 1985. His responsibilities include management of the Programming and Technical departments including development of goals and strategies, managing the organization’s software development needs, and monitoring changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop. Greg is a member of the development team responsible for our proprietary practice management software.
Bryan Dupre’, Vice President of Software Services, is an integral part of our Programming Department and has been with i3-ACS since 1981. He is responsible for the supervision and maintenance of programs for electronic processing of payments through the i3-ACS proprietary software. He has extensive experience in data conversion, automated processes, and customer support. Bryan is a member of the development team responsible for our proprietary practice management software.
